Withdrawal Information

To begin the withdrawal process, please email amy.duncan@d49.org.  Your student's withdrawal will be complete when Falcon High School and your student's new school exchange attendance confirmation documentation.

 

If you are electing to homeschool your student, please request a Notice of Intent to Homeschool form from the counseling secretary, Regina Webb at regina.webb@d49.org
