 FHS Athletics is very happy to announce our Head Coach for Girls Basketball Coach Kevin Campbell. We will be having a parent/ Athlete meeting this Friday at 5pm in the FHS Commons. This is your chance to Meet Coach Campbell and get some information on this year's summer and regular season. 

A little about Coach Kevin Campbell:

Coach Kevin Campbell’s passion for basketball began in high school, where he helped lead his team in Canada to its first ever regional playoff win.  As a 2x captain and leading scorer and rebounds for his team he went on to play briefly at Fanshawe College before transferring to Kent State University.  There he earned a degree in physical therapy and began laying the foundation for his coaching career.

With over 15 years of experience coaching girls basketball, Coach Campbell has built high-performing teams at both the high school and AAU levels. As a former president of a non profit club his teams have finished as Florida state runner-up and placed in the top 10 at AAU Nationals. He also spent six years as an assistant varsity coach under a former Duke player and coach, gaining valuable insight into elite-level basketball.

On the Nike EYBL circuit, Coach Campbell co-led a program with the former coach of WNBA MVP A’ja Wilson, working with top-tier talent and reinforcing his philosophy of discipline, teamwork, and player development. With many players receiving collegiate offers he helps motivate his players to achieve their goals on and off the court. 

Coach Campbell brings a sense of strong character, faith, leadership and values in his coaching role. He will be relocating to Falcon with his wife and two daughters and looks forward to guiding the girls varsity basketball program into their next chapter.
